The second apartment : Planned for 3 person (possibly a 4th person with my agreement), is of 3 pieces without balcony to the 2nd floor (surface more or less of 65 m2) of which a lounge composed of 2 part, a lounge and a corner of meal, 2 rooms: an average to a simple bed and another very big the one here with a double bed, 2 passageways, air conditioned . The lounge : (spacious enough, 20m2 about) very clear having 1 windows giving (seen on the street and the garden) furnished completely, furniture is wrought-iron, 2 armchairs of which 1 of 3 places and the other of 2 places, padded and draped, pillows of decorations, of the carpets to soil, a pedestal, a table with his/her/its television, a mini chains hifi, a reader dvd, a receiving satellite, a corner meal with a table and their 4 chairs, a buffet made of wood to arrange the dishes and different things, of the small trinkets of decoration, pictures to the wall, a small clock, curtains to the windows, etc.... The kitchen : with a door giving on the balcony (seen on the street and the jardinet), a shelf for the meal with 3 folding chairs, a gazinière with oven, a plan of work made of marble, a refrigerator and of the trinkets hung to the wall, dishes and table settings provided, utensils of kitchens, electric coffee pot, fire-chamber gas water . The bathroom : ventilated well by a window with tub, shower and WATER-CLOSETS equipped with mirror, electric holds, folds back toilets, brush, papers, sink, . The 1st room : furnished entirely, a simple bed, a nightstand, orthopedic mattresses, sheets, pillows, covers or pigtails (in winter), carpet, wakenings, bedside lamps, different small furniture wrought-iron and trinkets of decoration, curtains to the windows . The 2nd room : furnished entirely, a double bed, 2 nightstands, orthopedic mattresses, sheets, pillows, covers or pigtails (in winter), carpet, wakenings, bedside lamps, different small trinkets of decorations, curtains to the windows, a cabinet of ranging . The building is situated to 5mn to feet about a beach to the thin sand, water is hot and of sky-blue color, the one will delight you here and will give you desire of you there to bathe in succession. The trades are close by, (less than 50 meters of distance) bakery, mini-markets, fish store, butcher shop, pharmacies, banks, doctors, phone booths, nurseries, schools, bars, restaurants, coffees, cyber coffee etc..... The transportation are to 200 meters: stations of buses and taxicabs. The village is also to 200 meters you will be able to make all your shoppings, spices, absolutely cool products, there: let's pitch, meats, vegetables and fruits. The public swimming pool is to about 1 km (trick: you can subscribe for a moderate sum in most hotels in order to reach their swimming pools).... Sport and distractions : Tennis, horsemanship, water sports of all sorts, peaches and peaches to the big, casino, hotels, supermarket, golf, movies, discos, thalassotherapy, thermal baths, hammams etc. .... Situation: To the center and to some kilometers between the city of Sousse in the south and Port Kantaoui to the north .... |
